호텔 뷰도 좋고 위치도 어디든 이동하기 편했어요. 리셉션 직원이 굉장히 친절했어요. 지도로 관광지를 표시해 주고 멋진 미소로 맞이해줘서 기뻤습니다. 조식도 굉장히 맛있었어요! 사진은 호텔에서 찍은 뷰입니다.

We recently stayed at a centrally located hotel in Amsterdam, and overall, it was a great experience. The location was excellent — as it was close to all the places we wanted to visit , which made exploring the city a breeze. The room itself was big enough for the two of us. As for the service, it was exceptional, with friendly and approachable receptionists who were always ready to help us. However, I did encounter a couple of issues during our stay. On the third day, we requested fresh sheets, but unfortunately, that request was overlooked and the floor was left unclean upon our arrival, marked by our shoes from all the walking, which was a bit disappointing. Given that we left early to maximize our day, it was disheartening to find that the sheets weren't changed, and the floor remained dirty. Another minor inconvenience was that we had to remind the staff daily about the complimentary water in our room but in spite of all these issues, the great location and friendly service made our experience enjoyable, though there's room for improvement in housekeeping.

Очень просторные хорошие номера, но немного было слышно соседей. В холе на первом этаже, где проходит завтрак сразу за лифтом всегда воняло, как будто кого-то когда-то вырвало на ковер и запах остался, завтрак был до 10:30, но уже в 10 еда могла заканчиваться и ее не обновляли и даже не приносили после просьб, зато персонал официантов ходило с тарелками набирали еду себе на завтрак. В целом отель хороший, расположение супер, номера для Европы очень просторные, но вот эти моменты с сервисом немного подпортили впечатление

Very noisy. The noise of laughing, screaming, and swearing on the streets outside the hotel didn't stop until 4.00am!! I read the reviews about the noise before I booked the room, but I never expected it was so horrible like that. I will never ever go back to this hotel again. Suggestion: If you are white, you can try to ask for a room on the higher floors, or just simply stay in other hotels around that are nice and cheaper.

酒店在水上花市旁邊，服務很好。酒店也很新。去哪步行都很方便。就是旁邊小路街道都會有大MA味時不時路上。基本市中心的酒店都這樣。還可以租自行車19歐一人24小時，算良心價了對比其他自行車車行。

The accommodation is in the city center, convenient, but I would like the reception to recommend a better parking location.And the air conditioner is not very cool.
